The home buying process from the KB Home staff was excellent. Consistent and timely communication on the next steps. Follow thru on making sure we understood what would take place next. They were right on target with completion dates. Once we moved in the staff would check in daily for any issues we needed taken care of.

This purchase was my very first home purchase. I've tried in the past to buy a home and it didn't work out, I unfortunitely had a not so great experience with other leadership, they made me feel as if my small deposit and fair credit I could never be a homeowner. This made me very dicouraged. Years went by before I tried again and I'm glad I did. KB Homes made me feel Hopefully again and they did everything in their power for my dreams to be a homeowner true. They were consistant and always communicated with me about everything. They even helped me get into a program to build my credit so I can get a better deal on my home. Overall my purchase process was smooth, great team always making sure they understood and addressed my concerns or questions.

The process from start to finish always had consistent communication throughout each stage of the process. This includes receiving weekly updates and sometimes multiple updates throughout the week. From the initial discussion all throughout the final steps, the different teams were always in contact to ensure visibility and transparency are at the forefront.

From our initial meeting with our salesperson, Don, to the Design Studio rep, to the Construction Superintendents, Gary and Mike, to the closing with Alamo Title, it was an enjoyable and exciting journey. We are so pleased with the personal attention and quality of workmanship.

I enjoyed working with Novelle and Susan. They were both very helpful during the buying process.

Working with KB Homes to build our new house was an exceptional experience, resulting in a beautiful and well-crafted home that my family and I adore. The construction team was professional, the design process was seamless, and we were thrilled with the final product they delivered. However, this entire positive experience was dreadfully overshadowed by the sheer incompetence of their in-house financing, KBHS Home Loans. Our assigned loan officer, Rick Morgan, single-handedly turned a dream into a stressful nightmare through his consistent lack of communication and inability to manage our file properly. We faced constant delays, were given conflicting information, and felt completely unsupported during the most critical phase of the purchase. His unprofessionalism nearly cost us our closing date and added an immense amount of unnecessary anxiety to the process. While KB Homes as a builder exceeded our expectations, Rick our loan officer, failed us miserably. I would recommend the builder but strongly caution everyone to secure outside financing and avoid the in-house lending services at all costs. ... Más
