KB is a great entry level home builder with a wonderful sales team. I recently purchased a KB home in Summerlin this year and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for first time buyers.

Overall, the experience has been great. When problems do arise, they are addressed relatively quickly which I deeply appreciate.

From day one, KB Homes made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house turned out beautiful, and the team had my back through everything—from the loan to closing and even after. Everyone’s super helpful and really made sure my family felt taken care of in our new home.

As a first time homebuyers we did face alot of issues but Thomas and Daniel was always there to help us out ! I really appreciate them both

I really appreciated the attention that Jill and Robert provided. I do find it odd that we had to reach out to the HOA for our mail keys and they weren't provided with the house. Very inconvenient having to pick them up or even have them mailed.

My wife and I had a great first home buying experience with KB homes. Valerie was friendly and informative, when we were closing Dave and Jim made us feel confident in our home.

We had a wonderful sales rep, Yolanda that was knowledgeable and patient with all our first time home buyer questions. She kept us updated and in the loop on the construction weekly and explained clearly how the process worked. Also Marcus our loan officer through KB was very responsive to our text and calls, he helped us get a loan that worked for us. Overall very satisfied with purchase.
