We were very happy with our experience!

As a first time homebuyer, I have a lot of questions and concern, Michael, Tom and Julio are very patient and help me get through everything. I had a wonderful experience with KB Home. It was smooth all the way through, and I love my new house, the house is very well build, the KB Home team was very attentive, helpful and kind. They alway answer my questions and concern right away. Highly recommend KB Home.

We were able to take delivery of our home right on time their were some delays due to shortages but Cody and Nancy went above to ensure Our Customer satisfaction we are beyond happy with our home and Community

We recently moved into our new home, and we couldn’t be happier. This is our first home and we are beyond happy with our overall experience with KBH. KBH team, were all so helpful and friendly in every step of the way. We would get weekly update calls and answer any questions we had which made the entire experience so smooth for us. We feel so blessed to have such kind, friendly, and caring people to work with. My family and I couldn't be happier in our beautiful new home.

Due to delays caused by COVID, it took longer than expected to get into our new home. Other than that the KB team was outstanding! They made the process simple and easy.

Work with builders and managers together, ask questions, builders try to 100% satisfy the wishes of the client so that you are happy in your new home. Think carefully about design studio decisions to make your home as comfortable as possible.

The home buying experience was wonderful. Nice interactions with everyone involved, great value for the price paid, I liked the options offered. I like the warranty provided and the follow through from the builder to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The HOA is easy to deal with, the neighborhood is well maintained. Overall, I am pleased.

He responded my requests in a prompt and professional manner, and, undoubtedly, his high-quality work is in accordance with KB Home's high standards. My whole experience with KB Home was very smooth and comfortable!

Very helpful on all aspects of buying home

Supervisor/Foreman of the construction are always available if you need them, they provide you update on your property from ground zero to they finish the house. Provide a complete orientation to your house. Can count on them even after the the house is done. after

The whole team at Piney Creek bend are way too get along with and always knew the information if we had questions, or they got the answers quickly. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and were always happy to help or answer any questions. Being our first home, I didn't know what to expect, but the horror stories I've heard from other builders seem outlandish given just how good this team has been. I have nothing but good things to say about KB and the team, I've even actively encouraged people to seek out KB neighborhoods for their homes, because I've had such a great experience!
