We bought as a short sale and were left guessing/being surprised throughout the build from the hole in the ground onward (7 months). While the sales team did try to, the design center was never able to support us viewing the materials in person or review selections made by the original buyers. This did not allow us to advocate for anything along the way and kept us on edge the whole build as we were not allowed to make changes to the original design.

Kb Home is the best campany in the world

We love our KB Home. As soon as we stepped into the model we knew this was “it”. We had been looking for some specific features and the home has them. The studio process was so fun! We enjoyed choosing the finishes that would truly make this house our home. It’s a neat experience to watch your home built from the ground up. Our Superintendent, Wes, was fun and extremely helpful.

This experience was great, it had ups and downs like most things do, but it was mainly because of covid. Covid had slowed things down and had a lot of things on back order, just like most places. But this builder still pushed through and completed my home. Working with this builder was great! The staff, Jeff, and everyone involved with getting my home made it amazing as well.

Working with the people, all the way from first contact to last, was a good experience. We have had houses built before but have never been as well pleased. KB has met out every need, question, and concern with care and efficiency. I felt I was always in the middle of decisions and information. All in all, it was a very wonderful experience.

We looked at a lot of different builders and if you're looking to build a home, KB Home should be your first, last, and only stop.

Great experience working with kb homes

I had a great experience with the purchase of my home. The people here are awesome and truly care about you. They called weekly to give me updates on my home as it was being built. When they realized that my flooring was going to be delayed, they called to let me know and I had a chance to go back to the design center to pick out more flooring. Speaking of the design center, they are awesome!! Very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Love that I could get my refrigerator, washer and dryer put in my home before I moved in. I think the price of my home was on point, the options that are available are on point, and the quality of my home is on point. Once you are in your home, they will do a 30 day, check in to see if there is anything that needs to be done. If so, they are on it and will make sure it is corrected and make sure you are satisfied with the work.
