Tiresome process with great results.

The moment I wanted into the model home they I selected, I knew this was the house I was looking for. Everything about the structure was just beautiful and the friendliness the sales person convinced me that this was the house I wanted to buy. Everyone else that was involved left me a great satisfaction that I knew I was buying the right house with the right company. This is my first KB home and so far I have no regrets. Love my home.

From the Broker, Design Studio Coordinator to the Construction Foreman it was educational and enjoyable to watch and participate in the creation of my home. I enjoyed every step of the experience and besides the adrenaline rush it was stress free from beginning to end.

It's a long process but Adrian & John, along with Tyler & Tom were there & able to answer our questions the whole time. Adrian & John are still involved even after settlement. If we find an issue within the home John's able to correct any problems within a timely manner. We would & have recommend KB to others. KB is a Great Choice!

(homeowner's son) I ignorantly parked near a new house that was being painted on and since this community is in a windy area, I got some over spray paint on my vehicle. Luckily I got in contact with Jason and Jason who overlook the community. once they saw what had happened they immediately wanted to help and FULLY refunded me for my overspray job! I literally didn't have to do anything and they took care of me more than anyone ever could have. 10,000 / 5 stars.

My experience with KB has been good.

Home buying process was highly satisfied throughout. Communication with sales, financing, upgrades, and construction was on point. The KB Home team really ensured every step exceeded my expectations.

from the beginning of homebuying process to the finish(closing), kb made it easier especially for first time homebuyer like me. each department responsible for each processes took care of us, no questions were left unanswered and they check up on us every week to see where we at or if we have any concerns. even after closing, they will still connect with us for follow up and etc. never felt left out or anything bad at all. will recommend to others

He was very good with getting the deal done reassuring me not to worry. Just be able to contact Doug and he kept me update with my closing date as well as Luis who was my loan officer. Dexter at the Design Center was one of a kind, helping me put together my colors and he made me feel like family. I love buying from KB and would tell everyone let KB make you feel rite at home. Mick and the construction team have been absolutely awesome since we have moved in. They have been quick to respond to the mint issues l/request we have made. Even aspects that are not within their original job description have been addressed through communication or action.

Purchasing as a first time home buyer is truly scary and so much unknown. The experience would of been hard however the entire team from sales to building and closing helped us the entire time. We felt confident in their guidance and truly appreciate all they did for us.

If wasn't because of pandemic time everything would be on time ,and on the other hand I had the builder inspector helping on everything he could to get my house soon is possible which he accomplish by doing all we needed, Thank You Don

The customer service from Bryon and Rob was great. In terms of improvement for KB Home, I think better attention to the small details would be nice. For example, we found a few paint drippings on the carpet, counters, and doorknobs. Also the AC unit wasn't level. Other than that, I think our experience with KB Home was good.

As a first time home buyer, l was really scared to venture into the process considering everything negative l have heard from others. However, my experience with KB home was surprisingly great. When we started, l realized the process was well thought and organized. I was told that someone will contact me weekly to give the progress information and they actually did. I know everything that's going on with my new home because James, the biulder called me every Friday and so were the contacts from Doug the sales manager. I love the fact that l went to their studio to pick out every details and l remembered how comfortable l was with the designer. I wasn't pressured to choose any design that l wasn't comfortable with. Rather, l was being assisted to make even better choice. And the finishing of my house is amazing. The loan process wasn't bad as well. Luis was the loan officer. I benefited from his great experience and when l got nervous about the closing date towards the end, he ensured that all the necessities were in place in time to close as soon as possible. Overall, l will recommend KB Homes to new buyers simply because the experience is less stressful and you have a choice on how your home is designed. You look at your home and you are comfortable with everything in it because you pick out most of them. It's such a great feeling! ... Más
