Customer service Felt like I had to keep quiet and allow the process to happen was told that I need to relax and take it easy and then I shouldn’t have to fight so hard for the things I want that things aren’t going to be perfect but I do feel things can be close to perfect or at least some kind of compromise I also feel unheard and put in my place by Desh A top management position should be able to comfort the homeowner during the purchase felt like I was pushed to the side told no and asked if that was all I should’ve been told something nicer or I should’ve felt like someone was looking into my concerns I feel some people need to act more like a boss due to their insecurity with themselves being A bully to others to feel stronger I hope that he learns that he doesn’t have to push people around to be a boss you can still hug embrace and inspire people and And still be a powerful boss ...
