The KB crew makes sure you are in the know every step of the way. Getting constant texts, emails, calls with updates on how things are going with a very accurate timeline was very helpful and gave me the piece of mind through my first custom home build.

Working with KB was a very good experience and the person on the front line Greg, but calm To what could have been an anxious experience. From breaking ground. Can't be next the keys to the home. I made each step very good exciting. And all of it was done in a very timely fashion. We love our home and needless to say, we do it again.

I always dream of a bigger house since our kids are growing and they need their personal space As a father I have full filled my dreams from the time it was a land to a structure we came every week to look at the progress I cannot be any happier than what we got the only thing I hate is HOA I wish there was none of this,it seems like I am binded into a contract and it seems someone is watching you.

The team at KB Homes was always available for the many, many, many questions my wife and I had during our purchasing process and they were always patient with us.

My home buying experience was quick and easy and the KB team was amazing, they laid out all the steps we needed to take to make the process go smoothly.

What really stood out as far as the home buying experience was the prompt customer service and attention to detail that agents such as Malissa provided. Quality was pretty good for the price paid providing overall great value. Some of the standard options wear pretty good and the purchase price included several upgrades such as track lighting and a full solar system that couid cost tens of thousands extra. Finally KB Homes provides access to a Design Studio wherein you can go in and personally choose your upgrade options for flooring, kitchen cabinets etc; this was an invaluable experience.

Olga helped us from start to finish. Really informative and gave us options to look into. The whole buying experience was very joyful and pleasent Even after moving in Miguel the Superintendent has up to date been attentive to little things that needed to be addressed. KB homes definitely has good people working for them and will recommend to friends and family.

The entire process was awesome! From house hunting, to paperwork, and even after getting our keys, everything was awesome! Attention to detail is key for everyone at KB!

It was a privilege working with the KB team. The team made the complex home process look so simple and easy. They were always there to guide and provide clarity to where necessary. Good and quality materials were used, above I had the opportunity to make some interesting choices and designs from the KB design studio. KB gives you great value for your money.
