We had seen these model homes several times and loved them. Finally after coming back about 4-5 different times, Ozzie mentioned they have a home ready to move in. Unfortunately for someone else they had to pull out of this deal for personal reasons. We got to view the home and lived the flooring, cabinets in kitchen and the yard size so we decided to move forward. Was in the home in about 30 days

We love our new home and our community. They offer great floor plans and design options to choose from. KB Home team is outstanding and they have helped us on every step of the process. Buying a house can be a stressful process but we really enjoyed it.

From the beginning to the end everyone from the sales team through to the finance team and then the construction manager were there for any of my concerns about the process of building a house. The contractors were very helpful and respectful of the fact that they were in a home that was being built for someone else and took pride in their work.

I was nervous starting the process but everyone at KB were available and answered all my questions. I think the price is fair for the value of the home, especially compared to others in the area. Overall I am incredibly happy with the experience and thankful for all the help the KB team offered throughout every stage of the process.

Very professional staff. Quality and concern for detail and very responsive.

I have built homes with other builders before but never have I had the communication and follow through that I experienced with KB Homes. The schedule was on time. They followed up with one item I wanted during the build process that I expected them to say no more o but they said yes. This was the only time I have had all items from inspection and final walkthrough done prior to me getting my keys. That’s a first!

Our experience with purchasing our home with KB Home has been great. Vicky, the sales associate was great. She always took her time, showing us multiple homes and always available to answer any questions that we had. We never felt rushed or pushed to buy. Robert, the construction manager has a great line of communication during the building process, and even after when there were minor issues that needed to be addressed. He responds quickly to emails and even texts and makes a point to take care of the issue ASAP. Definitely recommend buying with KB homes.
