This is my second time to build a home. This is my first time with KB Homes and I would do it all again. I watched the build on a weekly basis. Quality and speed were top notch. My home was finished a month early. The crew worked hard for me to get every detail right and they are still dropping by to check on my home in case I find something. I also financed through KB Homes and got a good promotional interest rate. This part was as smooth as the build. Everyone is focused on service. It is the most amazing thing. I think the process in the sales department needs to be improved. There needs o be better communication and explaining by the sale representatives. I was really impressed and satisfied with Brian, Robert, and Hope communication and continued efforts to make sure I was a satisfied buyer. I tip my hat off to them. I am thankful for my sales agent, who later became for showing me the Lilac community, but there was no expression of gratitude for the purchase.
