Overall my home buying experience was great. The initial steps involved were super easy. Everyone involved made it as easy as they could in order to accommodate my busy schedule. Whenever I needed something they were there to help answer my questions. When I had concerns they were there to help fix anything I was not happy with. They continue even after my home has been built to address any problems that may arise. I am very happy with my home buying experience with KB Homes.

During the process we got to know all of the employees at KB Homes and they were all extremely dedicated, motivated and made sure we were always taken care of. The quality of the home is outstanding, and if there are any little issues that cropped up they take care of them right away. The whole process from picking the lot, options and upgrades to closing process was a breeze. For being my first time they really made me feel like I was always in charge and aware of every step

I am a second time home buyer and i have seen honesty, dedication and people who really care about your satisfaction. My previsous builder never called my 30 days after i moved in to ask if everything is going good. This is my honest review and i did not get paid to write this.

Friendly sales staff, comprehensive package with many options available. We are very happy with our new one story home in Autumn Winds.

There are many home builders in Colorado and we chose KB as the best value for the money in terms of floor plans, quality of construction, price and location. The 2x6 walls have already helped with cooling costs and we are looking forward to lower heating costs this winter. The staffing from sales to design to the site work were wonderful to work with. Service after the sale has been outstanding also. Having worked in new construction for over 25 years, KB met our expectations despite the pandemic condtions and winter weather.

The communication and quality of work that went into our house was amazing.

I baught this house with reasonably price. My wife likes the interior due to enough storage spaces inside of house. My wife and I are happy to live in this home.
