I'm a corporate transactional lawyer and have closed thousands of transactions. At the last minute, the financing was going sideways and I thought I would have to pay cash for the house. Andrew (KB Home Loans - Raleigh) was nothing short of remarkable in righting the financing deal at the last minute in a closing that was quickly moving sideways. I didn't think buying new construction would be so easy and pain free, but KB homes did an amazing job. I do a lot of investing now, and I bought a decent position in the ticker "KB" not too long ago. Thank you to the entire team, and to Christian (construction manager) and Andrew in particular. KB home is worth the price.very helpful and responsive construction manager Brayden!our warranty officer Rick always there to fix issues if anything arise. I love my KB home better than top tier builders.

We were taken care of by different key resources along the way. There may be few people we needed to speak with but everyone was on the same page. They all have gone above and beyond to answer our queries and help us be prudent on our plans.

Our main points of contact have been sales representative Nikita and on site manager Paco. They have been extremely helpful, reliable and always so very good humored. Others with whom we have had only brief contact were also absolutely helpful and polite. Outstanding.

All I have to say that during my journey with this project I was surrounded by a great Team that made the process so easy while I was abroad to the point that my house is completed and they are still helping me with any questions.

My experience was above and beyond my expectations! It was as if I was working with trusted lifetime friends. They listened, acted timely, answered questions with knowledge and professionalism and I felt they truly cared! From working with Andria in the sales office to working with Susan and Isabel in lending and escrow, to the building side with Matt and Rudy I was taken care of. We were very lucky to receive heavy incentives at Salerno community in Round Rock East in Classic collection. We built a 2-story and extremely happy with the workmanship, studio options, lending experience and closing as well. Currently in warranty period and are happy with the customer support rep. KB Home has immensely improved since last 6 years. Definitely a top builder.
