We had an amazing experience working with the sales team and building team for our new KB Home. Carina and Anthony (sales team) were so attentive and kept us up to date on everything especially during all the new norms related to Covid-19. They were always checking in to see how we were doing along the way and made us feel like family. They were so sweet and always got back to us quick or would let us know they needed to get that information and would come back to us. Brian (building superintendent) has been INCREDIBLE! He has helped us along the way while we were waiting for our house to be finished and kept us up to date the whole time. Now that we are moved in, he always asks us how we are doing and helps us with everything he can. He is super responsive and attentive and truly cares for his clients. Such great customer service and we have had nothing but great experiences with him. We are so glad we had such a great team to help us during our first home buying experience. ... Más

My experience with KB Homes was great. My kids and I are very happy with our home! As a single parent, the whole experience was convenient. From sales to design studio, I felt informed on my options; then home insurance had an affordable and easy option straight through a company partner that communicated to the in financing directly. Everything was made simple for the busy life we lead. Our sales representative kept us informed on the progress of our home with text messages and pictures regularly, and our construction manager was easy to work with and kept us informed on all progress.
