KB Home's staff were great throughout the escrow process. There were some bumps along the way though no fault of KB, I'd had some financing issues, and then the Covid-19 pandemic hit, but Blake & Charlene kept me informed & up to date despite all the bumps that occurred. I truly felt they were on my side throughout the whole process. Robert the construction supervisor was always available to me whenever I had a question. Well done.

KB Homes has been very attentive to ensure we are pleased with our new home purchase. They have responded to any question we had and followed up to verify everything was to our satisfaction. I rate them very highly on a quality product.

The Superintendent sent specialist teams out to fix a couple of minor issues we noted during the final walkthrough. A stripped screw in a drawer, some MINOR paint issues, and some imperfections on the flooring. All were fixed. All issues were MINOR. Great home.

The staff has great patience and if I had any issues or concerns they were resolved through proper chain of command. I got great sq ft. for my home in regards to comparison on pricing with other home building companies. The community is quiet and I was pleased with the color selections of the home. The a la cart process which allows unique personal design. The loan department explained in great detail how the process worked (First time home owner). The salesperson contacted throughout the whole process and after closing. The journey of building the house was awesome. Being a first time home buyer the staff made it as smooth as possible. Very happy with how the home came out.
