My wife and I had a great first home buying experience with KB homes. Valerie was friendly and informative, when we were closing Dave and Jim made us feel confident in our home.

We had a wonderful sales rep, Yolanda that was knowledgeable and patient with all our first time home buyer questions. She kept us updated and in the loop on the construction weekly and explained clearly how the process worked. Also Marcus our loan officer through KB was very responsive to our text and calls, he helped us get a loan that worked for us. Overall very satisfied with purchase.

The KB team has been a pleasure to work with during the process of purchasing a new home. From the moment we walked into the sales office and were met with smiles, professionalism, and industry knowledge we knew the team would be great to work with. The process has been low stress, which meant we could focus on the excitement of buying a new home. I am now into my 1st month in Orchard Park, and I must say I am extremely impressed. The grounds are kept up on point almost every week. The neighbors are so friendly and kind I never miss a wave of a hand from anyone in Orchard Park. I can honestly say without NO Doubt I will remain here for years to come. We had an awesome experience working with KB homes team. Process of picking up the lot of my choice till the closing day was extremely smooth and pleasant. Delivery was RIGGT ON TIME. Design center had multiple elegant choices of lights, countertops, kitchen fixtures and cabinets. Upgrade prices are very reasonable. We were informed and involved at each and every step. The entire homebuying experience was excellent - and continues to be. The mortgage team was outstanding. They went our of their way to show us the options and to keep us fully informed along the way. After the sale, the normal (and expected) home warranty issues were handled exactly as promised. I would recommend KB Home to anyone considering a new home purchase.

Kb homes are the best value for the money

I love my new KB Home. From the sales team to the construction superintendent, everyone was a pleasure to work with. I really liked being able to choose all of my options such as paint color, flooring selections, cabinet colors, extended patio, bathroom customizations and more in their Design Center before construction even began. It was nice being able to design my home the way I wanted before moving in instead of buying a cookie cutter home other home builders offer and making changes and upgrades after moving in. I also love that the sales team and construction superintendent keep you updated on a weekly basis with the progress of construction along the way. They were very quick in response to any questions or concerns I had during the build process. KB Home had my house completed on time as scheduled and I couldn't have been more happy during my final walk-through inspection before closing. Everyone was great and it was an excellent home-buying experience.

Everyone who I worked with along the way was very helpful and my home impresses me more each day. The home is very well thought out, well laid out, and well built. I even notice little things like how sturdy the closet rods are mounted! Very well thought out and well built.

Our homebuying experience with KB Homes was great! After my wife and I (with the help of our realtor) found Mustang Ridge in Magnolia, TX, the sales agent (Don) helped us select the perfect house and the best lot location for it. After providing earnest money, the KB Home construction team (managed first by Michael, then John) began immediately to build the home of our dreams. They kept us regularly updated and fully informed on the steady progress of the construction process. They answered every question and addressed every concern as things developed. At several times during construction, there was uncertainty about having available utilities when they would be needed. This was quite out of the control of KB Homes, but their perseverance with the utility companies, as well as a strong dedication by the construction manager to meeting KB's deadlines, actually resulted in better performance by the utilitity companies and improved service for the whole subdivision. Despite some unavoidable delays (bad weather, supply-chain issues, permit approvals, etc.), the construction was completed within a week of the original estimate. After construction was completed, John acted without delay to correct all concerns that were identified. By the time we closed on the new home, everything had been finished to our satisfaction. My wife and I are extremely delighted with our KB Home. We smile with delight everyday as we enjoy our lives in our new home! ... Más

Our experience was excellent since day one, the whole KB Home team was always on top of things making sure to keep us informed of any progress as our home was being built and our loan officer made sure we would turn in any information/forms needed to make sure we could close on time. We’re very grateful and happy with our new home and I have made sure to tell my fiends and family how KB home goes the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service and quality.
