As first-time homebuyers, my family and I were initially a little intimidated by the process of purchasing our first home, but KB Home made the entire experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The entire team was knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, which made all the difference for us. I want to give special recognition to Nick in sales and Allison in the design center. Nick was amazing throughout the buying process, always taking the time to answer our questions and ensuring we understood every step. Allison was equally outstanding in helping us design our dream home. Her expertise and creativity brought our vision to life, and she made sure we were thrilled with every decision. The staff’s professionalism and dedication truly set KB apart. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in a process we had never been through before. Very informed during the whole process!

From our first visit with a sales person through every step forward to moving in and through the warranty experience has been amazing! Each person we have interacted with has been very focused on helping us and doing everything possible to ensure we were happy with our purchase - and we are!

From the first look at our new home everything was wonderful. The sales staff were helpful and responsive. Steve, the builder took us through the home in detail and has been available for questions even after buying our home. Steve follows up with us on a monthly basis to make sure that all is well. We love our KB home and the entire experience of purchasing our home.

Both Peter and Jody did an outstanding job on keeping us informed during the building process. They both answered any questions to our satisfaction. They are true professionals in there line of work

Fast forward to today, after working with so many wonderful individuals—whether it was the loan officers, the construction team, or the sales team—the final walkthrough was truly unforgettable. Seeing my wife and daughter so happy that day was an incredible moment, and that joy has only grown since we moved in two months ago. KB Home exceeded our expectations, not just with the home they built, but also with their attention to detail. Any hiccup we encountered was addressed promptly and professionally. The Westbourne "family" was genuinely caring throughout the entire journey, and we feel blessed and beyond thankful to have crossed paths with them. The KB team at East Lancaster was phenomenal and genuinely cared about my needs and my family. Any home I buy in the future will be a KB home. 2 months in and I’m loving my home. My neighbors are great and the house is a dream!!!! I wouldn’t get the kind of service and top-notch home with high quality materials from any other builders. And that is the truth. From the salesperson and design studio to the project manager and closing title company, the entire team was attentive, professional, and solutions-focused. Throughout the process, issues and concerns naturally arose, but the KB Home staff and their partners were diligent, courteous, and committed to addressing them. I feel KB is professional and perfect！

My wife and I bought a home from KB Homes at Gladden Farms. The whole experience could not have been more positive. For starters Chris at the sales office was courteous, professional and responsive to all our questions before we went ahead with the purchase. The house was not yet built when we committed to purchase it, and communications with both Chris and Tyler (the construction manager) was both constant and informative throughout the entire process. We also met via phone with the design team to make some upgrade selections and this too went without a hitch. In fact we were in Europe for over 2 months during construction, and during this time Tyler and Chris communicated with us every week with both pictures and the status of construction. Once back in the States we communicated via phone and more pictures, and even did our first "walk-through" via video conference with Tyler narrating as we viewed the house from Colorado. A week before closing we met with Michelle, who went over every detail of the house and made sure everything was ready before our final move in. Overall I cannot say enough about Chris, Tyler, the design team, Michelle, and even the title company. In this day and age when customer service is practically non-existent, it is good to know it is alive and well at KB Homes/Gladden Farms. Highly recommended. ... Más

To start the sales person was thro thorough and listened to what we wanted in a new home. The project manager was reliable and quick to respond to any concerns we had. Also I received a call from the manager and salesperson every week to let me know how everything was coming along. I would totally recommend a KB home to anyone wanting to buy a new home.

Everything went well so far!

This was my first experience buying a new home, and I was residing 1,000 miles away. I was kept updated and abreast of all happenings of my build and it was very exciting. I got here and the home I imagined was even better than I had dreamed for. I love everything about my new home and would not trade my experience with KB for the world. I am definitely referring any friends to KB whenever I get the opportunity. Thank you KB ( especially Nate Thiele for ALL he did to make my move effortless at 71 years of age!) for all you did to make my “choice” become my “dream”!
