Finding a new, quality built ranch style paired home in today’s housing market is rare and needed. My new home in Castle Rock Colorado is perfect in size, energy efficient, and good for both seniors and younger people, with and without families. A great mix for all .

To KB Home team, Thank you! Steve, Kc, Chelsey and Clint provides me all the update via email or text as their respond time is so fast. They even acknowledge that my prefer way of communication is email or text as I'm always on call for my work. They always give me updates every Friday or every other week especially during this pandemic. During this kind of event, update is what we need as we don't know what is happening. They texted me during the pandemic that they're on shutdown because of government requirement and they also text and email me when they're going to start again building. It removes my anxiety knowing that I have an awesome construction team to give me status on what is happening. Very timely. The KB design center was excellent. Building superintendent was excellent.

Quality of materials not that great whomever KB used form lumber wasn't as i was expecting but overall final product turned out great

There a few things that we would have preferred in certain ways but you have your standard and it is what it, so we are. Thanks

So thankful and love the house!! Would love the superintendent to come back by and drop paint off and finishing painting the corners though. Still five stars!!!

The overall experience was good. The only drawback was the communication when dealing with the financial part.

Easy transition from old house to the newly built.

My home is beautiful, and exactly as I wanted. There were a couple of hiccups in the building process, but they always responded quickly and fixed whatever the issue was. Now that I've lived here for almost 2 months I've noticed some small things that needed attention, and they have still responded quickly, and they have not given me any grief about fixing anything. I love the neighborhood as well because it is small and no CDD fees. Overall, I am very satisfied with my choice to go with KB Homes and I absolutely love my home.

My sales person was the very best and professional. She was very very responsive to every query.

The design center and regular walks of the ongoing construction is important.

Quality could be a little better but treated well by sales and others involved in the buying transactions and warranty transactions.

All of the pre closing issues with the house were fixed by Russ and Rob to our liking.

We had very few issues with our home build. The local sales office, our loan representative and most of all, our building contractor, Gilbert, made all the difference. They were very responsive and went above and beyond the call. We did experience a few issues with the main corporate office and the "personal touch" could've been better. Paperwork was lost, including our earnest money check. The corporate office said they found our earnest check, but we're still waiting for that refund because we had to come up with extra cash at closing to make up for that. But the home is very well built and small issues like a misaligned cabinet door have been addressed. I would also note that the Studio process of selecting options could be a little more streamlined, less convoluted and easier to navigate. Pricing can be confusing and some options like lighting can be more expensive than just purchasing your own lights and installing them yourself. I would have no reservation in recommending a KB Home to those looking to build. Just be diligent and involved with the process and you should be fine. ... Más
