I think the process in the sales department needs to be improved. There needs o be better communication and explaining by the sale representatives. I was really impressed and satisfied with Brian, Robert, and Hope communication and continued efforts to make sure I was a satisfied buyer. I tip my hat off to them. I am thankful for my sales agent, who later became for showing me the Lilac community, but there was no expression of gratitude for the purchase.

Our KB Team was very responsive to every question and concern we had along the way. They went out of their way to ensure we were delighted with our new home. This was not only true during the build, but also since we closed. They have continued to quickly respond to any issues or questions we have had sinceoving into our new home.

I had a great experience. From chosing the home to closing. The team was flexible accommodating my busy schedule and ensuring we close on time as I proposed. They also followed up on me ensuring that everything was settled and there was not an issue with appliances and other furniture's. Great customer service team available 24/7.

We love our one story floor plan and spacious backyard and side yard. We are satisfied with the upgrade options we selected and overall, very happy! Doug and Carter (superintendents) provided weekly build updates. Michael from KB Home Loans was responsive and guided us to get where we needed for our loan. I'm a corporate transactional lawyer and have closed thousands of transactions. At the last minute, the financing was going sideways and I thought I would have to pay cash for the house. Andrew (KB Home Loans - Raleigh) was nothing short of remarkable in righting the financing deal at the last minute in a closing that was quickly moving sideways. I didn't think buying new construction would be so easy and pain free, but KB homes did an amazing job. I do a lot of investing now, and I bought a decent position in the ticker "KB" not too long ago. Thank you to the entire team, and to Christian (construction manager) and Andrew in particular. We were taken care of by different key resources along the way. There may be few people we needed to speak with but everyone was on the same page. They all have gone above and beyond to answer our queries and help us be prudent on our plans.

Our main points of contact have been sales representative Nikita and on site manager Paco. They have been extremely helpful, reliable and always so very good humored. Others with whom we have had only brief contact were also absolutely helpful and polite. Outstanding.

All I have to say that during my journey with this project I was surrounded by a great Team that made the process so easy while I was abroad to the point that my house is completed and they are still helping me with any questions.
