My family was not completely onboard with the lot that was assigned by the original salesperson. However, after waiting a few months, the new salesperson was able to grant us the lot we wanted. Thus, being patient allowed us to get our preferred lot and of course our dream house built. It is great that a change in personnel can lead to both better purchase experience and customer service.

Everyone was very helpful from beginning to end. It felt like the Sales Agent wanted us to purchase the home and they did all they could to insure our purchase went smoothly. After the purchase, KB Homes continued to make sure our house became a home by providing various professional courtesies for our property. We are very happy we chose KB Homes as our builder.

As a first time homeowner the process has been simple and seamless. Great response to issues and questions on the Amenities in our new home.. Thank you KB Homes

We didn't get to go through the whole experience from beginning to end because we bought an inventory home. Everything was great except the fact that we never talked to the Construction Manager until 2 weeks before closing. The salesmen was wonderful and called us every week. But we are enjoying the home.

Overall my experience could have been so much better. Missing the little details that could have made it a truly great experience. With that said my agent Tabitha was good however when she was transferred to another location it took away the attention to details.

Check everything before you move in walls, floors ceilings and diagram. For the most they were pretty fast to come fix the items that were wrong.

I recently had the experience of building a home with KB Home, and overall, I was very happy with the process. The company was professional and efficient, and they kept me updated on the progress of my home throughout the construction process. I also appreciated the fact that KB Home offered a variety of customization options, so I was able to make my home exactly what I wanted it to be. Things went well overall - spec home didn't play a big part in the building process.

Took a few month more to complete the home, but over all it's done and I'm enjoying it.

My preparation from Texas was great, I could not believe how smooth the process went. I was disappointed on the initial walk thru at the number of issues that needed to be done. But all the people I dealt with were awesome and willing to help in any way they could. It would have been nice if all the construction was complete, especially when the houses are so close together. I would have liked more choices on the flooring as I am not a big fan of carpet in the main living areas. I still have a few issues to be resolved and because of all the work still needed to be done in the area, it makes it harder to get issues resolved. I love the location of my house, it would have been even better if my back yard faced the mountains. ... Más

We love our home, especially the upgrades we made! We had two issues, one was with the finance side and not being as upfront as we would hope (apparently that person has been let go since then), second was that we had to wait two weeks past our final inspection to move into the home due to Edison not installing our meter on time. Other than those issues our overall experience with KB was great!

Bring your realtor or trusted friend with construction and design knowledge along with you during different phases, and walk thru's. Make a list of items that need clarification (buyer and sales staff), get some trusted outside opinions.

The sales person jason & supervisor Ray are very nice in response to any issue.

I like KB Home a lot. Sales rep is responsive; design center offer is customizable. I understand the complications of construction, but I am not having a good experience recently. I closed my home at the end of Mar. the first week after closing, heavy rain came and my neighboring sites mud flooded to mine. 1/3 of my yard has been buried since then. I communicated with construction and warranty so many times, but it is early/mid Jun now, my yard is still buried. It is hard to move around the yard and the standing water raised tons of mosquitoes. I need this to be fixed ASAP, but I don’t know how. ... Más
