Everyone - sales agents, building supervisor, customer service rep - was extremely helpful. We had lots of questions and lots of special requests and these were all answered quickly and thoroughly.

Great experience. We moved from 3 miles away to this community. Our sales rep and home design rep were great to work with. Our superintendent we spent the most time with was easy to communicate with and adressed all the little details pointed out for fine tuning. I would recommend friends and family for sure.

We love our new KB home. KBs team did a fantastic job, from the beginning up to when we received our keys. They answered all of our questions and went out of their way to accommodate our appointments because we lived over an hour away. Our home is beautiful, we have not had any issues, I highly recommend KB and their agents when searching for your next home.

I have bought many properties in the past 30 years and this was the best experience. The most important issue is KB and their agents trustworthiness They were honest and ethical and always came through and followed up. That to me is the most important priority. We have never owned a brand new house before. We went into this skeptical but excited as the experience is completely different from purchasing a pre owned house. And the fact that we were doing this mostly over the phone (we’re from another state) made it even more daunting. Everyone from the agents, design team and finance team down to the construction crew and supervisor were attentive and went above and beyond whenever there was a concern, issue or just the need to feel assured that all was going well. We would absolutely recommend KB Home to anyone looking to purchase a new build!!

The overall experience with KB was seamless. Victoria in Sales was the glue that held the transaction together. They were one of the ONLY builders in the area still allowing for customizations. I am pleased with the purchase, my experience as well as the communication from the entire team throughout the process.
