The most important issue is KB and their agents trustworthiness They were honest and ethical and always came through and followed up. That to me is the most important priority. We have never owned a brand new house before. We went into this skeptical but excited as the experience is completely different from purchasing a pre owned house. And the fact that we were doing this mostly over the phone (we’re from another state) made it even more daunting. Everyone from the agents, design team and finance team down to the construction crew and supervisor were attentive and went above and beyond whenever there was a concern, issue or just the need to feel assured that all was going well. We would absolutely recommend KB Home to anyone looking to purchase a new build!!
