To start, I considered other builders in the Winchester California area. The value proposition was low. For instance, there were very limited, if any, customization options. KB has a full design studio and I made the house in my style. Upgrade prices are reasonable. My sales consultant Olga stood by me from day one until closing. She provided regular updates and photos. She was always available to take my calls. The quality of the home is exceptional and the craftsmanship second to none. CJ is the post closing person who is available to answer questions. KB Homes is a great builder to buy a new home and prices are reasonable and affordable.

There were minor problems with the homes like any other product. Nothing is perfect. What made it exceptional were the people like Kyle, Hector and Anthony who responded immediately and did the repairs. This is what makes KB homes excellent.
