Pretty good home buying process. Adhered to schedule pretty well with no major issues.

Pretty much a basic home buying experience. Home designs are good, but the design center has limited choices. Main problem was with KB's lender if choice. They were VERY pushy and cockt, assuming that we would use them and not shop around. They requested unnecessary information for pre-qualification, and were unwilling to provide a secure channel for sending information - the initial loan officer suggested we send confidential financial information to her personal email account. Highly unprofessional. Many other lenders out there with MUCH better customer service.

Was expecting a better built home, the quality on overall house is a 6.8/10. Later noticed cooked walls and trims. The walls had patches where it didn't have semi gloss paint. The driveway is crooked, some areas needed cracks to be filled. The doors to the garage doesn't fully close. The area where my security system is supposed to be had time so HomePro has to find where else to put it.

The sales team and design studio were wonderful to deal with. The construction team/superintendent, as well as the warranty team have been less than ideal to work with. The communication from both of those teams is lacking, and we have a hard time gettina a response from either of them. We've submitted warranty claims and claims regrding non-disclosed active wells on our property, and for several weeks, nobody has done anything about it.

The quality of the house looks like it's not brand new it look like it's 5 years old with alot of problems need to be fixed because of rush work on the house. The house cost too much money to have too many problems.

Overall process was great. The quality of product use for the home is lacking. Low quality materials. The build looks good. Not happy that we had to lease the solar panel as opposed to purchasing it cause we were told that we were able to purchase.

Overall, I am happy with my new home. I did a few upgrades after closing which for the price of the home should have been included since I bought their highest priced house.

KB must commit to improve providing a serious and profesional customer experience in every area of the process: Lending, realtor and inspections with construction manager. They really need to understand once they give you their word, they must honor it and respect that. They must add integrity and implement it into their core values.

We enjoy our home; it is comfortable and suits our needs.

The home buying experience is stressful time but they stayed on schedule the entire time and I closed earlier than expected. There was little choice of selection of finishes unless you wanted to upgrade….for the price they should have offered more options included in price. Just moved in so my issues are being taken care of slowly. Everyone has been courteous and helpful.

It took some time for issues to be resolved after we got the keys. Luckily my issues were minor and were easily resolved once they got to it. The indoor paint is bad though. It easily gets dirty and when you clean it, it comes off. Jeez! Had I known beforehand I would have had the house repainted before I moved in. No major issues so far. Am I happy with my house? I would say yes. Oh, the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is big. It looks like the door is in mini skirts. LOL!

Although Abraham was in finance he made sure to get us in touch with the appropriate personnel to meet our needs.

The process was great throughout the lending, choosing, and building process until the end. There was a great deal of push back from the sales rep Laura and superintendent Jason on my deserve to get and independent inspection done. After I understood why, as the house had a number of things wrong with it. I bought a new home so I wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance but the condition the house was in at the final walkthrough was not up to expectations

The design center made us very excited for our new home. The options looked great and what we were hoping for. Laura at the design center was amazing and answered all our niche questions. We were also satisfied with the timeline of work and the quick time to completion. However, we felt disappointed in a few specific but critical areas. All of the meetings for the home are during normal work hours. It made it difficult to schedule the meetings or we need to use work PTO or rearrange work commitments to come. Our frustration was compounded when meetings were changed without commutating to us. Having alternative times for the design center meetings or walk thoughs would have been helpful. During the construction process, we'd often point out issues and they would not take the concerns seriously or try to brush off our concerns. This led to a mistrust of the work that was being done and needing to do our own confirmations that our concerns were addressed, frequently having to follow up multiple times because we were not getting answers or a response. Finally, we were happy with the look of the home when we took ownership but were also disappointed to see a deep clean was not done. The backsplash had globs of grout on the kitchen backsplash, cabinets, and bathroom tile. The floors also had a dirty film on it and required extensive scrubbing. We are happy that we were able to get a home that looks the way we'd like but the process of getting there was frustrating and have concerns in areas about the longevity of the workmanship. ... Más

The price was very reasonable, and the sales agent and construction foreman were awesome to handle our needs, but the quality of workmanship needs to be better.

Take look at the plans and options. Don’t be to quick in deciding on options.

The quality of the material is not very good.

Good experience overall, however closing process was rushed and a few issues that needed to be fixed should have been done so before closing rather than rush and get to it afterwards. Since then there has been delays with repairs and poor communication. A lot of the issues wouldn’t be there if workmanship was better.

Belinda was very receptive and helpful during the buying and closing process Scoot was very helpful in the move in and when we needed any repairs and touch ups

The mortgage center I believe is inefficient.,the loan process was very traumatic for me

I’ve had several issues that were promised to be fixed and have not been fixed with no updates or responses.

Overall our new home is beautiful. But we have a few quality issues from drywall, paint, plumbing, shower tile inadequate tile/ grout installation, internet cable that was installed is not compatible with provider and floor foundation / garage floor cracks. The issue are slowly being resolved. We have been told many times the floor concrete cracks are common in Florida. This is new to me. Moving from Virginia, we have not experience this problem. Even though the house is new, we did have a home inspection prior to closing. I would recommend this to future home buyers. Overall a great home and look forward to living there for years to come. Be builder can be a little slow in address issue after moving in. But overall good
