Was not happy with the craftsmanship put out by contractors. Sub par at best

prepare to be very patience!

The builder was great. The sub contractors work was rushed and not well done. Had to have workers come back multiple times to fix things that should have never been an issue. We are still waiting on things to be fixed after almost two months. We were told items would be fixed before we moved it and they were not. Now that contractors are busier it’s taking 2-3 weeks to get anyone to come back and do repairs. Even the guys sent for repairs aren’t completing the job. Materials like the upgraded paint and the standard countertops are poor quality

The whole process was stressful due to the fact that my wife and I had a loan officer who didn’t tell us a thing, he basically did everything on his own without confirming anything with us. Then when we switched to Daliah as our loan officer everything turned around she informed us of everything there is to know. As far as the build of our home there’s issues that should have been caught during the building process. Such as electric sockets not working, cracks between tile, issues with that irrigation system. There was a set back in getting the house built, there’s no sprinkler system in the back yard, I feel that there wasn’t much effort in getting our house built. The home is beautiful but it’s been challenging fixing the issues from building them too fast.

Honestly right now it isn’t going well.. I asked for a brand new house which I got thanks to you guys and we love it!! But the issue right now is the house got done about a month ago and were having bugs issues and there’s nothing really going on to fix the issue. My wife has been waiting for a phone call back since Monday and nothing has happened. A little disappointed.

Need a lot of rework done! Roof leaks floor squeaks on 2 rooms! Stairs sound like there falling apart. Window Not square! Paint falling off out side! Poor craftsmanship done with kB homes! Sad but true!

Slow service, house was not fully ready at moving. Still no responses.

Sales people are great, friendly, knowledgeable. Can't comment on the trustworthiness, I've only been in-home about 40 days, that's to-be-determined. Also to-be-determined is my opinion on the quality/workmanship, as I'm having an appliance issue already, as well as an issue with a window.

Asked the same questions, promised, but never got answers.

How unready this house was to move in to. They are still coming out to fix stuff. Some of the people coming have even said this should have been done before I moved in. On a good note KB has done an excellent job of repairing or changing things.

Generally a good experience, there was some hiccups, but overall satisfied

I have some many issues with this house that have not been taken care of yet. I have asked many times to get these issues addressed and some easy ones were taken care of, however, the dangerous one were not taken care of as of today. We just want to be safe and not be a burden. We feel that our concerns don’t matter. In the future, I don’t believe I will recommend KB to my friends.

They have great design options to choose .

The house was absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the front landscaping they kept replacing dead plants with 1/2 dead plants that died a few days later. Also why would the final customer service rep close a work order for plants that i refused to sign because the job was not done to my satisfaction. Also workers and supers and even the customer service rep coming to house without masks during a pandemic.

Todos se emocionan por cerrar, pero asegúrese de que todo esté resuelto antes de cerrar. Así que me mudé en diciembre y durante ese tiempo hasta ahora 2 tuberías afuera se han roto. También me subió la fuerza a la que todavía estoy esperando que me arreglen. El aire acondicionado es un problema masivo al principio, se configuró incorrectamente una vez que se solucionó, ahora hace un sonido súper fuerte. La gente del aire acondicionado dice que no tengo nada malo, pero el sonido es diferente al de cuando lo recibí por primera vez y, lo que es peor, tengo que apagar la unidad por la noche para poder dormir.

Ahora que hay nuevo capataz se están haciendo cosas.

después de 2 meses de mudanza, todavía lidiando con los problemas que informé antes del cierre y la fecha en que hice la caminata final. me hicieron firmar y cerrar con la promesa de atender los problemas, pero aún así lidiando con eso además de que Filiberto me faltó el respeto en mi propia casa y sigue recomendando a la gente que haga cemento para que él pueda obtener un dinero y una calidad de trabajo horrible. En cualquier momento bienvenido a mi casa para ver los resultados.

Sus representantes de servicio al cliente no están muy activos en el seguimiento del problema de la discrepancia de seguridad de la discrepancia de la casa. receptivo !!

Mire todo lo realmente bueno dentro y fuera de la casa, encontrará muchas cosas pequeñas que deben arreglarse o mejorar para que funcione o se vea bien.
