Myrna our sales rep was very kind, very helpful and kept us up to date in the build process. Raul was very knowledgeable regarding our mortgage loan and guided us through out the approval process. Laramie the construction manager was great, kept us informed of all the build. Paige was awesome very detail oriented when it came to our home interior design and was very knowledgeable. Christina has been keeping us informed about any details now that we have moved in and has been in constant contact with us regarding any issues the home may have. Thank you all!!! We were touring Salerno community subdivision and found it was very nice neighborhood with clean street and beautiful landscaping. We then contacted sales counselor and was given details of home purchase process. We were very happy to have Jaime, a loan officer that is extremely helpful to us to get loan approval. Everything after is smooth including closing. We have checked the house and haven't noticed any flaw in every corner and now we have been living in my new home for few months.
