KB homes has great quality. We had a good experience with the sales and construction team.

Always look for a person who sells himself, knowing his/her personality and responsibility. Houses being build are by contractors anyway. So for me, the important part is after sales, on how issues are resolved the best possible way and how you are treated as well. KB HOMES, they are on point, detailed, excellent.

In May of 2023, I booked a Model3016 home with KB Home in Seffner FL. Right from the initial phase I was constantly kept informed about each stage of the construction. During the end of the construction phase, the construction manager George was exceptional in his work and went up and beyond to help us close the house on time. Even after the closing the after sales service of KBHome is very good. I would definitely refer KB Home to my friends and associates.

Bill, Dave, Jennifer, Jason and Jalen made this home buying experience very smooth. Whole team was very helpful, they listen to all my concerns and request and made everything possible.

The staff at KB HOMES were very helpful and polite. They understood that this was our first time in purchasing a home and explained the process and process. They went out of their way to help us understand all the paperwork that was to be signed. After a couple of months our dream of owning a home became reality. Since the first time we met, up to moving in part they were there every step of the way and even after we moved in everyone kept checking to see if we were comfortable and happy. Had a great experience with Mike from building to Mike from the loan officer it was a great experience with the process they answered all my calls questions and concerns.

My experience, beginning with Cecilio in sales, was wonderful! Cecilio was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Mark, my KB loan officer, and his team, provided me very good information regarding the loan process and what to expect and when. This provided me the opportunity to make decisions that were in my best interests. Chad, the construction supervisor, was also extremely helpful. He oriented me to my new home and clearly communicated information about the different systems and how to correctly use them. He returned my phone calls very promptly. He encouraged questions and made himself available if I needed specific information. In summary, the KB Homebuying experience was one that I trusted, felt my interests were taken seriously and a process that provided me good, clear information that translated into a smooth transition from signing the contract to the final closing, to moving into my new KB Home. Working with the sales team at Liberty Station was so convenient because they were always available for all my questions and concerns.

We had a great experience building with KB. The process was explained to us thoroughly by the sales rep and we were able to get everything we wanted in our budget from the design studio. The building process went faster than expected and our project manager kept us updated weekly. I would definitely recommend building with KB!

It was wonderful experience throw out overall process. Jeneal is very nice lady as sale person. Mortgage person May Ann was very nice and keep updating every steps. Bashar as construction manager went through every step explaining very well and clearing all doubts during orientation.

KB is a phenomenal builder. I highly would recommend this builder to anyone. The construction superintendent is AWESOME. He is did a phenomenal work on the houses. He is trustworthy, honest and very respectful. The superintendent, sales representative and loan officer contacted us once or twice everyweek on updated issues.
