Everyone at KB Home from our sales rep to the maintenance guys have been great. They are very friendly and responsive. We had a short list of minor things that needed fixing when we moved in and they got right on it. All of the workers are very friendly and helpful. Our home is beautiful and energy efficient. Haven't turned the air conditioning on yet.

Amazing home but the financing team almost let me lose my home at the very last second. They denied me after sending an email stating I was approved and ready to close. Nearly cost me tens of thousands of dollars and my dream home.

This KB Home house is generally a great valued built and designed by the professional builder team, the sales office is professional and knowledgeable, and customer service team (after moved in) is also very responsive & experienced.
