I loved the overall experience. Starting with the sales department. Our sales person was amazing. We went to start the process of building our house and it just happened there was already a move in ready house and we fell in love with it. After that our paper work and finalizing the house it was so smooth. Everyone is so nice and understanding and helpful.

This was a great experience from start to finish! After searching for a house, we ran into a KB Homes listing and it was in our our budget. Which we didn’t know or believe we could purchase a brand new build home within our budget. Going to the studio we were scared of going over budget. But they work with you and help guide you. We are very very satisfied with our choices.
