The home buying process was easy and amazing. Everything was completed on time as what was projected. Our team was amazing! Kamara was amazing and still working hard. Bret was amazing with our VA loan. Javier had great taste and made the studio shopping amazing and fun, and Jesse has done amazing making sure our home is in great shape as a new home should be.

This was our first experience with KB and we couldn’t be happier. The floor plan we wanted was being discontinued but luckily our sales rep Rey was able to find it in a couple of communities. He was extremely patient, met us at several communities and also sent pictures/videos of the homes. It’s a big decision to pick a builder and having someone like Rey as the first person you deal with was great. We looked at 4 models and decided on the one that best suited our needs. We then moved on to the purchasing portion with KB. From the time we decided on a home to closing was about 30 days. We were extremely satisfied with Jared and his assistance with the process and his following up with us. Of course there were items that needed to be addressed from our private inspector and from our walk through. Tommy was phenomenal with following up and addressing each deficiency. He was always quick to respond and had a lot of patience. I know he has a lot of responsibilities, but he always found time to answer questions and make us feel like valued customers. He is a great asset to the company. Overall, everyone that we dealt with at KB in San Antonio has been great. I love the community ! The whole process was so smooth didnt have no issues with the builder and the constructions manager. If I had something I didn't like they will come fix asap very good communications with the whole team ! Love it !!

The entire purchasing process from the beginning to the end went very smoothly. And they provided relevant services along the way, from loans to escrow closing. And they were excellent in following up at each step of the process. In addition, the house design looks good and modern.

it’s very nice and affordable

Rod, Efren, and Mike were all godsends. There were things that I had trouble with and they fixed or asked me about it faster than I could inform them. When Best Buy refused to bring my washer, dryer and refrigerator inside , they happily helped bring them inside. As a young single woman without many people to help that was a highlight of my move-I’m experience. I was never upset with the builders if things were pushed back because that is part of the process. I am happy to say that if I had an issue right now, after closing, they would promptly address it. This was an excellent first time homeowner experience. Thank you guys!! ... Más
