Great response time came out and got what i needed done

As to be expected. There were some things that needed to be worked on after our closing date. Brayden and Ash were prompt and active in getting all of those things corrected. They checked in (without us having to call them) often even after closing to ensure our living arrangements were up to par, and to that the KB standard that they sold us were being met!

The process went smooth and the construction was completed in the estimated timeframe that was provided. Team gave frequent updates and was very accommodating to our needs. We look forward to another successful sale with KB.

As first time homebuyers, KB made the process really seamless. If any questions arose whether it be with construction or loans, we had great responses to make sure we understood what was happening and the reasoning. We also really loved all the choices available in the design studio, a way to make our home feel custom to what we wanted as opposed to a “cookie cutter” feel. Always look for a person who sells himself, knowing his/her personality and responsibility. Houses being build are by contractors anyway. So for me, the important part is after sales, on how issues are resolved the best possible way and how you are treated as well. KB HOMES, they are on point, detailed, excellent.

In May of 2023, I booked a Model3016 home with KB Home in Seffner FL. Right from the initial phase I was constantly kept informed about each stage of the construction. During the end of the construction phase, the construction manager George was exceptional in his work and went up and beyond to help us close the house on time. Even after the closing the after sales service of KBHome is very good. I would definitely refer KB Home to my friends and associates.

The staff at KB HOMES were very helpful and polite. They understood that this was our first time in purchasing a home and explained the process and process.
