I had an exceptional experience with KB Home from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the office, I was nervous and unsure if I would even qualify or be able to afford a home. Angelina immediately made me feel comfortable, confident, and reassured that I was in good hands. She truly created a meaningful experience for my son and me that I will always remember. Luis kept me consistently informed with weekly construction updates and was always responsive to my emails, which made me feel involved and at ease throughout the process. William and Rosanna worked incredibly hard on my loan and made what once felt impossible, possible. They were always available to answer my questions and made sure I understood every step. I had a really good experience working with the team who helped me buy my house. Carol, David, & Rick They were helpful, professional, and made the whole process feel much easier than I expected. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always available when I had questions. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything went and grateful for their support in helping me find my home. This was our first time getting a house built. But the building experience wasn't as stressful. Luis made things very easy. Communication was great between each other. When we had issues he was on top of them. Even in the closing inspection he found things that we didnt see. He also explained how to work everything well. Hats off to Jimmy as well when it came to working with our agent he made sure he got us the information and paperwork we needed.

Jill and Jermaine were awesome from start to finish. Any issues or concerns that I had were addressed promptly

My experience was so stress free and fluid from the very beginning. Carla our sales agent always managed to address our questions and concerns quickly and Robert the construction superintendent was always available for follow ups as well as Gus who finished up with the completion of our installations inside our home. Of course the highlight of my experience was the design studio appointment with Stephanie. She allowed my husband and myself to take our time choosing our upgrades and everything with ease. It was a phenomenal team and we are so pleased that after taking tours of all the builders we made the right choice with KB homes! We were the first couple to close with KB homes on February 26, 2026 in the Sandal Key community and look forward to forming new friendships and making lasting memories at the new up and coming lagoon!
