My experience from day 1 with KB Homes was exciting and professional. Rhonda at the sale office made me feel welcome and comfortable with the community and my selection. Then when I went to the design studio ANNIE made it a pleasure to work with and assisted me A MAN in designing my wonderful home. Through the entire process I was worried about the cost. I was soo worried until Rhonda even offered for me to change communities even if she would not get credit. She let me look at numerous homes to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Throughout construction Bobby made life easy as possible and communicated very well and effectively. He even gave me tips and pointers as well. Now financing, Mark was the best. They kept us updated along the entire process. Sent pix, had phone calls. They did best to get us in as soon as possible. The title company ended up holding things up in the end, which was a disappointment. Delayed us about a week.

The moment I arrived at the sales office, I knew right away that I did not have to shop around specially after touring the model homes. It was my first stop and I did not have to think twice. With nice looking homes, great plans and affordable price, I made a decision to purchase a KB Home that same day.

The home buying process was easier than we expected with KB and the price point was reasonable for a new build. We love this house and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. They are there for you even after the sale and the quality never waivers.

I had a great experience throughout the buying process, starting with meeting Girlie in the sales office. She was patient and kind, and made sure every hurdle that came up was taken care of. After move in, when we needed a minor issues fixed, Ben and George were very responsive and took care of concerns quickly

Ms. Rhoda's expertise made my dream of owning a home come true. She exhibited an eagerness to answer questions and patience if I didn't completely understand. Very nice disposition and definitely would recommend her.
