Pleasant experience overall. No complaints.

We recently purchased a new build home with KB and we had no idea what to expect. We had an outstanding experience from the very beginning during the design selection process all the way through construction and now even into our warranty period. The KB Home team has been fantastic to work with and extremely responsive to our needs! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new build home.

Buying my new Home .from KB HOMES was a great experience . The Agents were very knowledgeable and helpful they explained the process in great detail and they really wanted you to have that new house Give them all a 5 stars in the KB COMPANY who help me out. I had a great experience throughout the buying process, starting with meeting Girlie in the sales office. She was patient and kind, and made sure every hurdle that came up was taken care of. After move in, when we needed a minor issues fixed, Ben and George were very responsive and took care of concerns quickly

Ms. Rhoda's expertise made my dream of owning a home come true. She exhibited an eagerness to answer questions and patience if I didn't completely understand. Very nice disposition and definitely would recommend her.

Hello! This is my first experience purchase home. Until now everything is running wonderfully. I wish contienue it. The constructor always is gentle and willing to give you support. Of course I I love it. I wish you the best of luck in your purchase

KB home has a top-notch team in place at the Verano site. Jean works tirelessly getting everything just right for each home being built. We felt that his attention to our home was focused. He always answered questions and fixed little things when we brought them to his attention, as we visited the site a lot while the home was being built. Lizette always helped with our questions and went out of her way to find answers to questions she didn't have ready knowledge of. We felt very much involved with the process of the building of our home.

I was always updated during the home buying process and even after I still had great communication with the representatives.

The KB Staff, sales representative, builder contractor and loan processor were honest, professional and answered all my concerns. I am extremely satisfied with my KB Home construction and have a beautiful home to live in.

Great experience with KB homes from start to finish. The sales person, Victor was very courteous and always kept in contact throughout the building process. The construction supervisor ( Jake) would check in every week with us on items completed and what came next. Even after we had moved in they were still checking up on us. Great builder!!!!

Michelle at KB went above and beyond while we went through the purchase and build process. Being our first new build we had many questions from beginning to end and Michelle guided us through them all. We have recommended KB to friends and family.
