It was a fast process. We are first time home buyers and we got a good interest rate on an affordable home.

I purchased my home after someone had already attempted to and had added all the upgrades of their choice which coincidentally I liked. What sold me though was the size of the lot it came with. Perfect for starting to grow into and potentially starting a family. Everyone from the builders.and loan office treated me with the upmost respect from start to finish and even though you need to docusign or pull old records to prove your identity and worth(many, many times). There never was a moment that I felt it wasn't going to be my new home. The hardest part was waiting for escrow to give me the green light to move. But again all parties from the builder gave excellent service and were extremely friendly. I am proud to have had this team build my new home. ... Más

I met Greg, who made me feel so comfortable, and made me feel that it was possible to have my home built after the passing of my husband from the previous year. Then I met Drew. Who helped me every step of the way through the loan process. Drew was always there for me if I had any questions. Sean, the project manager was amazing. I’ll never forget, when I had my first walk-through before the sheet rock went up, I asked Sean, when do you think my home will be done. Responsiveness to issues . Great work

This was a pain free experience. There was great communication throughout the process from first looking at the home to deciding which one we wanted then from going into contract to closing and even after closing. I felt home before I even moved in.

We love our home. They built it in good time and also has a great open concept for our family.

Everything was great! Very helpful and the weekly updates kept us excited. It was great seeing the process and the team was great with explaining where they were at and what we could expect to be done during the week. Always answered our questions and everybody was patient while the talked is through the whole process!

We absolutely loved every single person that helped us buy this home. Susana and Philip (and his team) were present, helpful, responsive, and solved every minor problem we had with the home. From day one, we had help with all of our questions. We are very happy with our home. Our only issue was KBHS loans. They were NOT responsive, especially Kevin in particular, I would never want to work with KBHS home loans again. They did give us a lower interest rate. (Which we had to buy down) we would have found a different lender because of all of the communication issues with KBHS loans, but they lock you into a contract where they keep your deposit if you back out. Other than the major issues we had with KBHS, everything else was a wonderful experience. ... Más
