It was a great first time home buying experience for my wife and I. The KB office in our neighborhood was open and available whenever we had questions. Once we began the building process, we were sent updates every step along the way. They answered our many questions when they arose very quickly. They explained the construction process I great detail to put our worries at ease. Overall, we highly recommend KB homes in terms of quality and affordability.

I had a great experience with Doug — he was very responsive, easy to reach, and addressed all my concerns promptly. However, I’m not satisfied with the KB Home mortgage representative . She never called to discuss the available options, and due to the lack of clarity, I ended up paying an additional $10k without understanding why.

We are so happy with our home that we want to spend time in it. Between work and life we find ourselves away. The weekends have meaning now that we can be home. The sales staff, the builders, and the folks checking to address any issues we have had (which have been minor) are great to associate with! The whole KB team have been genuinely interested in our happiness and satisfaction for which we are.

Everyone from the sales team to the site management have been wonderful!
