Wonderful helpful attention to detail hands-on nice

KB builders is fantastic and reliable. My wife and I enjoy the home and felt the experience with KB was beyond our expectations. They are professionals and very responsive to any issues we bring up.

Would like to start by saying, "Thank You" (or "Mahalo!!!") to the whole KB Home team that made this happen. The whole process was tough and rough but the end results is a dream come true. Although, we are in Las Vegas, also referred to as the 9th Island, our home is our paradise. With the help of our Mortgage Originator, Annie and our KB Sales Rep, Jeffery who both were terrific and worked hard in working their magic to make this possible. We can't forget Melissa (KB Sales Rep) who also stepped in to help and answered our questions when Jeffery was out. The best process of it all was at the KB Design Studio where Lindsay was very helpful in helping us design our home with all the product selection we had to go through. Then came the closing...and Jackie was very helpful setting up a remote notary while we signed our closing documents in Hawaii. And the most exciting part of it all was the final move in. KB Home was a prefect build, could not ask for anything better. Devin (Project Manager) was extremely helpful after our move-in. Helping us get situated and answered all the questions we had and took care of the issues we occurred during our move-in. Devin has always been there to help out. We're still not done settling in our new home, since we are still in the process of moving but the experience we have with the entire KB Home Team is the best you could ever asked for. This is my first KB Home and it’s the best home I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned a DR Horton home and the workmanship was poor and the customer service was very poor. Love my new KB Home.

Building my first semi construction home with KB has been the greatest experience ever. My sales representative set the tone for the awesome experience I was going to experience. From signing my contract to studio design to pre construction and the final walk through I could not be happier with KB. I have been in my home for a month now and so far have not had any issues with them home. The care and attention that went into my home was absolutely amazing. I'm so happy to be in my new home

We purchased our home in May of '22 and unfortunately due to material and labor shortages of the time we did not move in until June of 2023. However, we had consistent follow up and updates throughout the process and KB homes team was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Our sales rep Ress was and continues to be very helpful and every one was pleasant and professional during our interactions. I would definitely recommend KB homes to people looking to build their dream home.

From the first day I met Philip May salt it to the last day we closed, what can I say. Philip always answered present to me at anytime even when he was resting at his gym. Jaime goss an extraordinary woman who was able to answer all my questions even when she was also resting. So Zack what to say. Always present at the slightest house concern to the point of coming to do the job sometimes and checking that everything has been done by the technicians. KBHOME i would always recommend and deal with them again and again

With rushed timelines and first time buying a new contraction it was a long process. After getting to closing the construction team and sales team here great and have been very responsive.
