Great team! Joey and Kyle were exceptional!

The sales team and construction team were always very helpful and patient throughout the process. They did the best they could. Post move in has been a somewhat difference experience. I am not getting any help from warranty on my breaker and range tripping. It’s not solely an appliance problem. The required GFCI breakers are not compatible with the basic range I purchased for my home. I think quality assurance fell through there. A propose solution would be to request a city ex emotion to change the breakers or provide us with ranges that are compatible with the breaker. Being first-time home builders (not buyers), we were impressed with the amount of say we had when it came to customizing our home compared to other builders in the area. Throughout the entire process, KB was upfront about price, timeline, potential delays, and overall what to expect. We didn't feel like just another contract to them, but that was largely due to the fantastic sales team we worked with, specifically Julie B.. Her initial greeting was warm and welcoming, no pressure to buy, and answered any and all of our MANY questions that we had along the way. She was available any time and was our advocate when we needed her. Without her, we wouldn't have purchased a home through KB. When Julie wasn't in the office, her counterpart Michelle K. was equally as welcoming and warm, and helped us build the home of our dreams. Thomas Z. was our super and also without him, we would not have been as satisfied with how things turned out. Construction Manager Brian was excellent. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Logan was also great with warranty issues and Elaine was very helpful with Sales and design issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience building with KB home. We've heard horrid stories about other builders, so we were nervous building new construction. However, the KB crew from sales to construction to financing as been awesome. They really made it a priority to make sure we were happy with our home. Can't expect more than that!

I used to live in an apartment 3 miles from my new home. I love the area, quietness and convenience to multiple variations of stores within a 5 to 10 miles radius. Enjoy the local parks Alexander Deussen and Sheldon Lake park as well as local lakes among a 3-5 miles drive. It is such a great location and community to live and enjoy. KB home affordable price and quality in their home is something I am proud to have made the choice to built with them. The floorplan of my home is what I am happy to have selected because it is not only open it is aesthically pleasing. KB got my vote on making their homeowners happy. ... Más

My experience with KB Homes was just Great from day 1. I give my greatest thanks to every single person that was part of my purchase starting from. We have had some nickel and dime issues with the home. Chad has been on top of everything. He even came to our home to replace a broken lamp even a lightbulb. He fixed our door and the back sliding door. We’re just so overwhelmed that he is so good to us, it is obvious that he loves his job and he is faithful to Kb Homes. The whole team performed with a customer centered focus. From the sales contract to final closing an emphasis was placed on supporting my decisions. The team made frequent contact with me during each phase of construction. All questions were answered and the time-frames conveyed to me were accurate.
