The whole team performed with a customer centered focus. From the sales contract to final closing an emphasis was placed on supporting my decisions. The team made frequent contact with me during each phase of construction. All questions were answered and the time-frames conveyed to me were accurate.

We visited many new home communities and she’s the reason we purchased at Cooper ranch. She’s an asset to your team. Kim at the design studio is very knowledgeable and was never pushy at all just provided honest feedback on all options. Annie in lending is extremely smart and committed to her craft. No matter the time of day, holiday weekend, she always responded to emails very fast. Jason walked our home with us to ensure no detail was missed and was completed to perfection.

Frame of reference - rated as a large scale, tract home developer. Basic construction quality in our development is excellent. YMMV, depending on state/region. Base finishes/appliances are what you would expect, but the design studio is a very valuable feature of the process, where you add options, and has a good number of choices. Expect to budget at least 50K though, if you want to upgrade to better quality components. If you are going to go higher end, additional 80-100K should be planned. As you would expect, there is not a lot of flexibility in the build process outside of provided options for elevations, paint color scheme, etc., but there is a good amount of flexibility in the choices available for furnishing through the studio. All staff we interacted with during build and mortgage process were easy to work with and professional. Post-possession, customer service has been highly responsive and generally quite helpful. Overall, especially in our market (Metro Seattle), we feel that our home represents a very good value for the cost per square foot. ... Más
