My home is beautiful and was very well built. In the first 45 days my list of very minor items that needed to be addressed were taken seriously, addressed immediately and coordinated well with me on timing to get the work done. Garret has been on the spot to get things completed to my satisfaction. Again, these were very minor issues in my situation but they were addressed quickly and professionally! Thanks Garret and thanks KB Homes!

Efficient, conscientious and perfect service

The entire experience was second to none. We had excellent service with our agent Alex. He kept us up to date weekly with the building of our home either by text messages, pictures, or both. He explained the process very well and was knowledgeable. Our relationship with the finance team was outstanding. Rui walked us thru the prequalification process and explained every step with great detail. After she left, we had great customer service with Christina and Michelle. They made assisted us in explaining anything that may have concerned us. Our building superintendent John has been great in walking us thru the house during the build and after and getting things fixed to our satisfaction. Had a wonderful experience overall with KB homes, Adrian was fantastic, even after moving in he was such a great help. We spoke weekly and anytime I had a concern or question he answered right away and had great customer service.

The whole process from signing the contract to move-in day was so easy and stress-free (especially for building a new house)! Even with minor delays, the team were very communicative and helpful throughout. Our finished home is an absolute dream, and the quality is exactly what we were promised!

This is my first home purchase and I have been so pleased with the outcome and process. My first experience with KB at the Entrada Del Oro location was with Reed. Reed took the time to show me everything, he was patient and listened to my situation and found a way for everything to work. My loan office Ioana was also fantastic, she took care of me and guided me through everything and made the process stress free and coached me along the way. Lastly the contractor Justin has been AMAZING since I walked the home and got into the home he took care of everything and didn’t skip a beat.
