He made sure that I knew everything I needed to know about my home Prior to get in it and after I got in it. Still reaches out here and there to make sure any questions or concerns are taken cared of. 10/10

I am a first time homebuyer and was looking around for a builder I can trust. Came across so many but KB caught my eye. I have not been let down one time. From the moment the building process started I was aware of everything that was going on with the construction of my home. I mean everything!!! I got to customize the house on the inside the way I wanted it!!! A big plus!!! Just buying a new home was so scary to me because I knew nothing about buying. But I have to say from sales all the way to the project managers, design center and the counseling you received when the house is built is amazing. Plus the house I stay in is energy efficient, these times and days we need to save on money ,it keeps money in my pockets.So KB does not just build homes just to build, they build quality homes because they are looking out for the best interests of the homebuyer needs. Great customer service in all departments - Can't expect better!

The best part of KB Home is the trustworthiness, quality of materials and very quick response from the staff. The buying experience was very smooth and the sales staff always made sure we are clear on the the process and the price is very competitive compared to the other players in the market. The service staff is very responsive and they address the issues quickly. This is in fact great! Overall, a best buying experience!!

Excellent experience. Gary, the superintendent overseeing the build of our home, intently listened to all our concerns and addressed all questions with straight forward answers. He worked diligently to ensure our home would be completed by our anticipated closing date and ensured that all follow up actions regarding small touch ups be addressed urgently. Definitely appreciate all of his help and are certainly satisfied customers.

We recently purchased a brand new KB Home in Hollister, and the experience was so easy. Buying a home is a big financial and sort of scary decision and the staff at KB Homes was amazing. They helped us figure out what we could afford and helped us figure out financing. It was very nice to have the experts hold our hands through the process. Additionally, the construction staff is simply amazing! The walk throughs were fun and informative, and the two times we needed small repairs, they were scheduled and done the same day. The gentleman that came for repairs also noticed a small ding in the wall from our movers and fixed it even though it was not KB's fault that it happened. He also touched up the paint for us as well.
