As a first time homebuyer - the whole process with KB homes - Sage Valencia has been a hassle free and an excellent experience. Right from the very beginning of home sale and building process sales, finance and construction teams have been guiding us at every-stage. We were able to negotiate a deal and book our home in one of the initial phases just in a matter of a week without needing a buyer agent. Daniel has been of great help so has been the whole team - from finance to construction. It has been a wonderful journey with KB for us!!

My first experience purchasing a new home could not have gone smoother with the help of Wendy and KB. They are always there with answers with no matter what question I had whether it be big or small. After our move in, they were checking up on my wife and I and very responsive if we needed anything.

Building a home can be super stressful but choosing a KB home has been one of the best choices we made. Q met and exceeded all expectations and kept us up to date and answered all questions we had during the building process. This is someone that cares beyond of his daily duties at work.

Mike (Realestate sales rep) and Donnie (superintendent) over at SageGlen LasVegas are phenomenal professionals who assisted I making the building process so seamless. We are very appreciative and fortunate to have had these gentlemen be part of our process; my wife and I enjoyed every step. We cannot thank them enough as well as KB as a whole. Thank you all for your shear dedication and commitment to establishing not just partnership but rather a meaningful relationalship with us. Very happy with our mew home!

Good and very nice community

I like KB home , the reason that , from the beginning to the end, they communicated with me by phone and email ever step , when they build my house. The entire house is beautiful. The only thing I do not like is from the outside when I look at it . All of the house have different designs that may decrease the house value until you get in the house it self to see the inner beauty.

Loved our experience designing our new home! We feel like we were able to design our dream kitchen! We love how our home fits our lifestyle - the open floor plan is great for entertaining. Any issues that have come up have been quickly addressed by customer service.
