all staff involved were excellent. From sales to construction to mortgage. Everyone involved was great and we were fortunate enough to be able to follow our home from a dirt lot to its completed state that we love.

Absolutely love this KB neighborhood. There are walking paths and sidewalks for community members to enjoy. Homes are built green, energy efficient, quality materials and with nice floor plans. What makes this community stand out is their nice big yards, curb appeal and outstanding retaining walls. The KB team is professional, friendly and quick to help with any questions.

From the beginning, sales person to design studio, to builders to customer service all are exceptional.

I like my new home, everything until moment is great, all the services provide it . The area is so pretty and quiet.

Everything went smooth since the first day, everyone has been helpful and supportive. From purchase (thanks Pat) through construction (thanks Robert and Ramon), mortgage (thanks Debra, Rosanna), post delivery support (thanks AJ), options (thanks Sonia) everything was perfect.

This is my third home that I've had built. I must say that this builder comes out first in homebuilding. I've was kept abreast of each phase of the building. They had lots of patience when answering questions concerning my home. The Superintendent, Ian was great, and very knowledgeable of my home. If you're going to purchase a home, do greatly consider KB Homes.

If we could give 10 stars we would! Jordan & Kat are the best! They went above and beyond in working with us and our Realtor to get the best price and options available at the time. They also sent weekly email updates and called or text us with updates. Took about 10 months from signing to receiving our keys. Weekly updates as well as in person meetings went well. Nik our KB Foreman was EXCELLENT and above and beyond for customer service. Any requests we had he completed in a timely manner. There was nothing Nik could not do or any of his crew.
