Loved my home . It’s been an amazing experience with KB staff

This is my second KB home purchase. I am attracted to their innovative floor plans, features like more bathrooms, value, location, and the people who make the home buying process a good experience.

They’re are excellent on what they’re doing.

we were off to a shakey start after closing but Mike has worked with us and continues to respond to our concerns. finally our home is becoming the place we were expecting.

I recently purchased a single-family home at south side of greater Seattle. The process has been smooth. Loan and finance team are very supportive (Neal Prasad & Belle). I did shopped around but so far no financial institution can match their package. The sales office are very accommodating and professional (Jerry Farfan). Customer service and after sales support is amazing . Jeff gave us a really nice and detailed home orientation and tour. He regularly checks on us in case we need anything and he responds promptly for inquiries and requests. The quality of the homes are high class.

It was a great experience from beginning through moving into new home, KB Homes made my dream come true of having my own home with affordable price and in prime location, quality of construction is A+ quality. Response to overall queries was very quick, Thankyou KB Homes.

Overall our experience was good. Saul was the best person to work with. He was so friendly and always keeping us in the loop. He became our friend through the process. We really loved him! Mark came a little late in the process however he did all he could to make sure we had our home Done as soon as possible. He was honest and always straight forward which we appreciated. We felt confident In our home building process with mark. He is awesome!

I am tremendously satisfied with the experience of having bought a house in Mirabella, from KB Homes. The experience in the purchase process, guided by Sergio Mogollón, was essential to decide on the house. After buying, the attention was even better. The after-sales service offered by Kerlyn Marcelino is unmatched. Kerlyn makes you feel like part of a family. He shares his personal cell phone with you and lets you know that he will be there to solve any question or problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If he cannot answer you, he will let you know by SMS and will call you back to resolve any concerns. Took a little while, but my punch list of items to fix after I moved in was addressed except for one issue which is still being worked on. I'm very happy with my new house!

Everything turned out better than expected.
