I enjoyed my buying process with KB after looking into many builders, resales, and am happy with my purchase.

Our sales rep Adrian was helpful, patient, enthusiastic, and communicative throughout the process. The folks at the design studio were welcoming and helped us make some great decisions. Our construction manager Josh was also very attentive and did a great job walking us through everything from start to finish. KB made the home buying/building process a lot less daunting than we thought it would be and we are very happy with our home.

Excellent Abel & Gil - Best pre and post production guys I've ever had and I've built 5 houses with Builders. These guys were the best. Abel had all details and status when we asked and even when we didnt. Gil has always been there for us, taking care of any issues, no matter how small they may seem. He works with our schedules and makes sure we are happy. What a great crew and company. Thank you KB.

Everyone we worked with seemed genuine and transparent. They answered every question/concern we had. Our home build quality is great. Had some minor cosmetic fixes, but they were addressed super quickly and precisely.

We were touring Salerno community subdivision and found it was very nice neighborhood with clean street and beautiful landscaping. We then contacted sales counselor and was given details of home purchase process. We were very happy to have Jaime, a loan officer that is extremely helpful to us to get loan approval. Everything after is smooth including closing. We have checked the house and haven't noticed any flaw in every corner and now we have been living in my new home for few months. From the start with sales team Kimberley guided us with loan officer Alex & also than with Abel the builders manager. The process was great and went by fast. From Jason being the first Sales person I talked to and walked me through the floor plans, to Michelle helping with the financials, and Travis walking me through the full build process, I couldn't be happier. About a month in, my AC went out and Travis did everything he could with the AC repair company to come out and fix. They got the warehouse opened on a Saturday to get my part (manufacturer issue). Michelle still checks in with me and makes sure I am happy and all set-up with the financials. I highly recommend KB! I Many homes now are not built properly, but KB does a great job. We had a great experience with KB homes, and they have been very helpful with all the issues we see from new home problems (yes they happen) Sometimes the builders use cosmetic materials that have issues and there is no way around it but the overall process is amazing and their attentiveness is amazing!

Everyone who I worked with along the way was very helpful and my home impresses me more each day. The home is very well thought out, well laid out, and well built. I even notice little things like how sturdy the closet rods are mounted! Very well thought out and well built.

As a KB Home owner, the experience in having a new home built is a great experience, the builder notifies you whenever the important items are going to be installed and have an onsite meeting to discuss what is being installed and how it works. Then continues to the next step of construction. All went great and smooth transition with the construction and paperwork. Everyone was great. We were buying from out of state and Stephen and Clint made sure to send us pictures weekly showing the progress of the build. Cortney was also great in working on our loan. Clint has been more than helpful post build. His response is amazing replying and addressing any of my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend KB Homes to anyone looking to build ond/or buy.

This was the best home buying experience we've ever had. KB Homes was by our side every step of the way, through construction, financing, closing, and even after closing making sure we loved the home and everything was working as it should.
