I had a great experience with Doug — he was very responsive, easy to reach, and addressed all my concerns promptly. However, I’m not satisfied with the KB Home mortgage representative . She never called to discuss the available options, and due to the lack of clarity, I ended up paying an additional $10k without understanding why.

I looked at over 100 homes before making a buying decision. KB homes’ design itself is amazing. There is not a single inch in the home that goes unutilized. The quality of the workmanship is also great. You can literally feel the value when you go through the home. I am really enjoying my home.

My experience was very good, and staffs are very accommodating. Communication was perfect, especially the loan department- those guys are good. Aven after we moved into the house, they still call us to know how wea re doing in case we have any concern. Honestly, I am impressed.
