The process was very smooth and fast

I was extremely pleased with everyone on the Lennar team especially Kem , the representative that helped throughout the entire experience. I have to admit that there were times when I was overwhelmed being a first time home buyer but he (Kem) just about held my hand and took me through everything. Everyone that I dealt with on the Lennar team should be commended for their hard work.

Process from beginning to end was great

While we entered this process preferring a custom build on our own land, when we saw what Lennar was offering in what has now become our new home and community, we decided to go forward with them. And we couldn't be happier now that we did. Throughout the process they were, in addition to other important qualities, honest above all with everything - their construction of our home and what they could and could not do, the schedule for every step (which was met throughout), their answers to each of our questions, their collaboration with the other entities involved (our agent, mortgage lender, title agency, etc.), and every other aspect of the process. And the final result has been even more than we had hoped and expected. Lennar is quite a trustworthy company to do a business with

Closing was easy and stress free.

It was a good experience, people were responsible and helpful. One area could be better. The different teams, sales, construction, finance, title, could communicate between themselves better.

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I had a very unique family situation going on and that created some challenges for me. The Lennar family helped me navigate through the home buying process with ease. I have shared with everyone I come across about my wonderful experience.

I was impressed with two things: 1. the inclusion of a keyless entry, and 2. the inclusion of the Ring doorbell. I was less than impressed with two things: 1. the home did not include window screens, and 2. the kitchen and bathroom cabinets did not come with hardware (doorknobs and drawer pulls). Very disappointed with Lennar over the latter two things.

I am grateful to God for my new beautiful home.

From start to finish my experience was outstanding, my sales representative went up and beyond the call to keep me updated on the progress of my home, my building manager was so on point during my walk through he identified a few things that I over looked, everything was taken care of the express closing was spot on, it made closing day enjoyable for me. My experience was good when dealing with Lennar and their personnel. Kathy, the realtor, was fantastic along with Ryan, the construction manager. Nick, the warranty POC, has been great in the couple of minor warranty issues I have had. My only complaint is whomever they are paying to do the cleaning before the move in does not do a very good job. The amount of sheetrock dust residue left over has been overwhelming to clean.

We purchased a new build Lennar home. Blue tape session went smoothly and all issues were addressed. Had an independent inspection check the home. A couple of issues were found and Lennar fixed them. Final walk through went well as well as the closing. Since moving in, any issue that we have submitted for repair has been taken care of in a satisfactory and timely manner.
