Our home-buying experience with Lennar was generally smooth, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The process itself was straightforward, and we were pleased with how everything was handled—except for our interactions with Cindy, our loan processor. Unfortunately, Cindy lacked customer service skills and was extremely rude, which made that part of the process stressful and frustrating. However, Nicole, our loan officer, truly saved the day. She stepped in to fill the gap, addressing our concerns with professionalism and kindness. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one, and thanks to her, we felt supported and well-informed throughout the process. It was a great experience!!!! Very easy and stress free.

I waited for nearly 12 months until interest rates became affordable. Lennar's offer and interest rate made the perfect deal at the right time. I couldn't afford not to jump on the 4.7% interest rate offered by Lennar in a prime location. This is my second Lennar purchase. The second time was nearly the same process and perfect experience. My sales consultant Jennifer made sure other options were include in my price point. She was amazing. Love Lennar's style and concept!

Gaye was more than helpful with everything that we needed to know. She went beyond expectations with us from the first day that we met until the end of the business deal. We would have probably bought a different house; however, my wife and I knew that we were in good hands if we continued to work with Gaye at Lennar.

First of all, I will start with our Lennar guy, Bain. He is absolutely amazing. He was always available to answer any questions we had and his attitude was always great. He was patient and he knew what we were looking for and didn’t try to push us into something else. Everyone else that we have dealt with, from the quality inspector to the closing agent, was phenomenal! Thank you for a somewhat smooth home buying experience.

We chose Lennar due to the quality of their building products and value for the price paid. They had better flooring, baseboards, cabinetry, etc. The best part was the warranty division after the sale. We found about 10 imperfections that were missed during the walk-throughs. They have a website where you upload descriptions and pictures. Scott from the warranty division was very prompt, courteous and professional. He called or texted me many times during the process and made sure the repairs were made on schedule and to my satisfaction. The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Mary (Sales), David (Finance), and Sage(Title) made the process a breeze. After the sale (Mary) has gone the extra mile as we had to leave shortly after our purchase. I'm a 77yr old widow who moved here from ga. Actually did everything on line except for closing and I could have done that on line also. The Lennar team helped me every step of the way. Aberdeen is close to the beach and is perfect for retired people. I love it.

From the minute we viewed our new home to the date we moved in we felt cared for, important and informed. Gaye M was amazing dealing with our crazy schedules and our realtor Tina worked with Gaye to talk us off the edge a few times. There were a few things not quite right when we moved in but Jon in the warranty office was absolutely brilliant and they were resolved quickly. Moving 3000 miles across the States was challenging when it came to completion but we were confident we were in good hands at the final destination.
