Was an easy move in. The home was ready move in. No problems that needed to be taken care of up front.

Our experience was top notch from the outset with our Nancy our Sales Consultant and Lisa our Sales Concierge and continued right thru to the Tony and his on-site Construction Team as well as Matt and the Area Construction Team. We took advantage of the full compliment of Lennar Home product offering including Mortgage Finance (Haley & Julie), Insurance (Christina & Rachel), Closing Services (Teresa) and Approved Partner Vendors (Caribbean: Jake). Every last individual and department executed flawlessly. A few little start up issues but the builder is very responsive in addressing any concerns. Very happy with the construction and location.

Everything ran smoothly from the sale to the mortgage and title to the build. I loved how the app had milestones. We couldn't be happier in our new home. I would definately recommend Lennar as a builder. An amazing experience!
