Beautiful home and latest technology used. Very well constructed. Loan process is fast and easy. Construction team is great, helpful and informative. Overall we are very happy with our new home.

Lennar and team is great and delivered the home as promised

They give quality houses, but I think the mortgage department is over-stressed and thus people in that department sometimes give wrong information verbally, maybe without checking it properly. Later on, they deny they gave that kind of information. Over a good experience.

I specifically asked the salesperson if there were a lot of renters in this neighborhood and was told only at the front of the neighborhood. Not true. There's a lot more rentals than indicated. This was a misleading comment. My street is.more investors than homeowners

Lennar has chosen Quantity of homes being built over Quality of those Homes. While Lennar Sales team , Customer Support team and After Sale Support team are awesome, the quality of construction has gone down. It is also imperative to share that different Lennar entities like Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Insurance, Lennar Title are so disjointed, that left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Most of the people these days are buying Lennar homes for investment and don't care much about the quality of homes and the issues that are there in new Lennar construction. So the buying process was pretty smooth. My sales rep was Matt. Very helpful answered whatever questions I had. Only issue was I was sold a house that was supposed to have a pretty big backyard but when it was said and done the driveway was really long and the backyard was tiny. By then it was too late to wait for anything else. Plus they picked the poorest rated hoa for the neighborhood.

Terrible craftsmanship and faulty work

My fourth home with Lennar but this one was the worst experience from home buying, Lennar financing, materials, workmanship and customer support. Will never go back to Lennar specially in Central Valley.
