We had been searching for years to buy a home, and struggled. We struggled one with the lack of supply, and the supply being usually quite old, or having to move to Tracy and being too far from work. We appreciated that with Lennar you pay some market rate price and you take it or leave it: no getting outbid by 10% or by a cash offer. You give up some ability to customize anything: you take what they give you. But from what we can tell, it is not only beautiful, new, but also well made. I had a great experience with Beth as the sales rep. She was great guiding me through the whole process and was very responsive to my questions: via phone, next and email. The quality of the home itself is great so far. However, I am a bit disappointed on the workmanship of the landscaping. California is in a drought and there are many leaks with their irrigation system through out. I have reported them to the association and the landscapers I see at the community and these leaks still have not been repaired. Otherwise, my and family and I, are very happy with our home and the community!

Our whole home buying experience through Lennar was outstanding. Support from Lennar's fantastic team - German & Jessica (new home consultants), Nick (customer care representative), & the Construction Team was amazing - making both the home buying and living experience memorable! Preserve has beautiful homes along with an awesome community - and is in an excellent location, with close proximity to a lot of shopping areas and the 680 freeway.

We’ve moved in since 2/15, roof inspection for inverter done on 3/19, I called and emailed many times to get Docusign for interconnect, there’s response, the number we called are super busy and chatbot told us to be patient. This is ridiculous since we paid for solar panels, I never experienced such bad customer service. I would not recommend my friends to buy Lennar due to Sunnova experience.

Lennar is overall a pretty good builder and they have designed pretty well. The outlets and room structures are well placed. The inclusive wire hiding spots are impressive and the technology they included such as ring door bell and sensors for ring door opening are well done. I do wish the condo building entrance instead of a fob entrance had a video calling system as that would make it easier rather than an antiquated voice system. The field person are great: sales representative, customer service rep., construction manager, title company service. The quality of the house is just average. For example: There is no medicin cabinet in the bathrooms. Draws and cabinet are at a minimun numbers. Some of the windows are hard to make it full open. solar company was imposed on buyers. not very responsive solar company. the panels were already muddy at the time of move-in. build quality in average, not upto the brand name "LENNAR". window installation was average. overall average. buying experience was not the best. had to follow up on the next steps multiple times. no one from lennar provided a clear roadmap of things that would take place before closing and the procedures. everything was a on-the-go task to be sorted with out prior anticipation due to lack of information on the closing procedures. coyotes and squirrels roam ...

Water leakage at home in first week. Lennar took care of it but took a month to have everything back. They ordered new flooring and waited for weeks and they had new flooring available in under construction units in our community. Did not give a water filter for drinking water in kitchen island. The window size is not the same at bottom and top. Had trouble installing blinds

Overpriced but mediocre materials used in construction and very bad responsiveness to issues. Cabinet fixtures are not built properly, the Carpets have nails poking out and the bathroom showers have scratches all over during construction.

Workmanship is poor. There are nails popping out of many cabinets, floors still left dirty with patches of dirt that are not washing off and many other day 1 issues that are not fixed even after 3 months.
