This is our 3rd lennar houses within our family. We looked around at other builder homes but we still come back to Lennar. Im happy I was able to buy a dream home for my parents to live in.

From selecting our floor plan to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. We especially appreciated the clear communication and helpful guidance, they made what can be a stressful process feel easy and exciting!

From the first point of choosing the lot in the new neighborhood development to the hand over after closing was very smooth and easy. This being the entry for us into a 55+ community development has been very helpful into getting us started with the next phase of our lives.

There were so many emails exchanged with various documents that needed to be signed. I wish there was one comprehensive packet that we could sign all at once instead of going back and forth, as it was quite overwhelming. The process of streamlining needs to be improved.
