Everything went smoothly with purchase of our home. From initial inquiry, to processing mortgage and to finally acquiring the title. Emily, our sales agent from Lennar was very professional and transparent. She explained everything that we would undergo once we qualified for buying the house. She’s also responsive to even after the sales. We received all the drafts of the documents fe days prior to the signing date. As buyer, we just do your homework, go through all those documents and ask questions when in doubt. Emily did an awesome job explaining the details when we had doubts/questions. There are no surprises! This is same with the mortgage process. Our loan officer, Meenakshi, was also very patient and professional. Every detail in the document was well-explained. As to the house, so far we see no major issues. Prior to moving in, minor issues were addressed. Sama, our customer care representative is also proactive during the inspection. While there are some minor issues, Lennar is ready to address it and fix it promptly. So far, our stay in this house is amazing. Properties have driveways and ample backyards! My kitchen sink faucet was loose allowing water to leak underneath the sink. I put a request in for someone to fix it. My Customer care representative Jason responded quickly and set up an appointment for someone to come out. The job was completed within a few days later and he even followed up to make sure it was completed. Thank you Lennar for making the process easy!

Being a first time home buyers, we were nervous about all the logistics in the process, but with Lennar everything went by breeze and it could never get any better!

I recently purchased a new home from Lennar, and overall, it was a great experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and well-organized. The team was professional, responsive, and always available to answer questions or provide updates. The quality of the home is impressive – everything from the layout to the finishes reflects Lennar’s attention to detail. I also really appreciated their “Everything’s Included” approach, which made the process less stressful as we didn’t have to spend even more on the appliances!

The moment we stepped into our new Lennar home we knew this one was the right home for our family. The location is in a community out in the country with easy access to the freeway. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Thank you Lennar for making the buying process so easy and affordable. Life is good..

We are first time home buyers and I was assisted by lennar peeps. From the sales agent to the financial person, closing, etc etc up to the walkthrough, Lennar assisted us into buying our new home. As first time home buyers there are a lot of information that we didn’t know. They answered every question that we have to make the process easier. The house is brand new. We love our new home. It’s price is reasonable for the house and it’s quality. For future home buyers, if there are property that interests you, move fast.

The Lennar team was extremely helpful during the entire process! They did everything they committed to doing at every stage of the build, from our interaction with sales team, finance, walk through, closing and move in! Value and quality of product are awesome!

Russell, Cody, and Yanzi were great! They responded quickly and were genuinely concerned and wanted to help. The buying process was long but everyone was patient and helpful. We appreciated the orientation meetings since they were thorough and gave us a sense of the highlights and functions of the house. The warranty meeting was also beneficial as we found out the common areas that need attention along with other tips.

Loan process was horrible, takes over four minutes to get hot water at the kitchen sink and they’re telling me that that that’s normal solar company went bankrupt. We can’t get hook up, Plumbing fixtures very not very good. HOA is a disaster. I am a general building contractor, great value for what you get. Just having issues. We shouldn’t be having no mail delivery yet. They told us six months or more. I have to go to the post office to get our mail which is 17 minutes away. I know most of these problems are not Lennar directly, but this neighborhood needs help just setting up our basic needs. ... Más

The first person I spoke to was Valerie. I gave her my budget and I told her the house that wanted and to please get me in my house!!! Casey began with my loan docs and got me into my home in no time. I’m grateful for the team. There were extremely responsive and respectful.

Visible nails left on carpet, sockets have cross connections , instead of turning on plugs were turning off, poorly wired house, getting shocks when touching the switches, it is so bad that i am facing power outage after exercising the ‘go off the grid’ function of tesla, system is not coming back on and I am living without electricity, has incorrectly fitted bathtub faucet, sloping problem on the kitchen island. All the above are the issues discovered in first 45 days, I am really concerned about the situation of the construction. I have the experience buying from other builder and I was expecting better from Lennar but it felt short on comparison. ... Más
