Great home design and comfortable.

Lennar was really great to work with. From initially showing and agreeing to purchase, through the financing, progress updates and finally closing. Post close they have been equally responsive with questions and warranty issues, which have only been a few. I'm fairly particular about things and the build quality of our new home is quite good. You see it in small ways the more you stay there. All-around a positive experience.

From finding the home to closing on it was fast and easy

Love the neighborhood and home! One comment I would make is that we’re hoping lennar closes the wall at the end of our cul-de-sac (perhaps with a coded gate) to the St. John’s river. It’d make everyone feel safer, keeping our the riffraff and give residents easy access to the pathway.

We had a smooth home buying experience with Lennar. Everyone was professional and helpful if we have questions. We love our home that they had built and if you notice problems within the first year you can just place a work order in the website, schedule the virtual visit and they’ll send somebody to fix it.

So far so good. The quality of the home is great especially for the price you are paying. I highly recommend purchasing with Lennar if you’re looking for quality finish. I have a newer home prior to this purchase and Lennar beats any new construction build hands down so far.

All staff were very nice and provided us all information we needed. The communication between the staff and myself went very well. They texted me and/or emailed me in order to help me complete the process of purchasing the house.

Lennar was great to work with. There were a couple things in the house that needed improvement at closing and Lennar came through to finish things well. The tile, flooring and countertops are all great work with decent fixtures and finishes. Overall we had a good experience with our new home

Seriously Lennar is the best when it comes to buying newly constructed homes, the process was so fast and the sales team was simply the best. There was alot of communication and education especially for a first time home buyer like me. I was in the market for so long but i think Lennar stood out amongst other builders. I will highly recommend Lennar.

Lannar teams the best

Lennar homes are designed with the area nearby in mind. I am so happy with my new build. My husband and I did a lot of research and had very manageable expectations after reading others reviews of Lennar and their new builds. Yes, there are built fast and not everything is perfect. With that in mind, we are very happy with the home we purchased. Greg at Avertine in Lemoore looked out for us better than I did for myself! He was exceptional in making sure everything was perfect for sign off. With the incentives offered, it is the best option out there for anyone looking to buy in this market.

Purchasing the property was pretty simple. The only complaint I had was that with it being a contactless process, we had to email and text with way too many people. It was difficult to keep track of everything. As far as warranty work and repairs, they are quick to respond and I haven't had any issue where they decline my repair ticket. We had an issue with a toilet not flushing because there was a blockage in the line somewhere. They were their with a snake and camera in a couple of days. No questions asked and they were there until it was working properly. We had a window that was cracked. They ordered a replacement and it was there within a week. No questions asked. The security light in the backyard was installed upside down. They sent a guy right then and there to fix it. There were a few hiccups in the process of getting the place built. Some were out of Lennar's control though. For example, we had to push our closing date out a month because PGE didn't get the power turned on in a timely manner. Additionally, it takes forever to get your solar turned on with the electric company. There were a few items that were missing in our home vs. the model. There is a cabinet missing in the kitchen, The mirrors in the bathroom are a lot lower grade than the model home displayed. As far as quality of build material, it's hit and miss. The stucco is cracking like crazy and will need to be a warranty fix before the year is up. I was actually told to just hold off on putting in the repair ticket until closer to the end of the warranty period to ensure we give the house enough time to settle completely before fixing it so we don't have to keep calling them out here to fix it. The fence around the back of the property feels pretty low grad and I'm sure that will need to be replaced sooner than it should have to be. I can see the seems in the carpet upstairs. They don't offer any other paint than flat paint throughout the entire house except where they are legally obligated to put semigloss (kitchen and bathrooms) so we had to hire a painter to come and paint our brand new house which just seems silly. Ended up paying a guy five grand when I could have just given the painter that was contracted through Lennar the paint I wanted. The light switches they use are seemingly random. Some are on dimmers. Some are not. Some have timers. Some don't. When we moved in, the tracks on the slider door that leads to the back yard was completely filled with mud and small rocks. Needed to take a steam cleaner to it to clean it out. I know that seems like a lot of negatives, but overall, I feel like it was a pretty good process and I'm not disappointed with the purchase. I've heard a lot of horror stories about purchasing through Lennar, but so far, I can't tell anyone to avoid it all together. If I had to give the entire experience a grade... 85%. ... Más
